Product Review: Oriflame Pure Colour Nail Polish Mini in Midnight Blue (30803) and a Festive Spirit: NOTD in Moons in Midnight!

Hey All!

I bought the Oriflame Pure Colour Nail Polish Mini in Midnight Blue (30803) but hadn't got around to using it. But as it got colder and foggier I thought to myself,  "Winters is a season for dark colours and some shine". So I combined the two for this NOTD. And then I thought, "Lets add a review too".

So here goes......

What the Brochure Said:

Glossy, high-shine nail polish in a wide range of exciting shades. Gorgeous finish, fantastic colours.

Price: INR 129/- for 6ml

 My Thoughts:

The product comes in a transparent, cylindrical glass bottle with a black screw cap. The lettering in silver looks pretty. The brush is good and helps an even application. The formula is a nice consistency that applies smoothly without uneven patches. You need at least two coats for true colour. On application of three coats the nail polish lasts upto 4-5 days till it starts to fade from the tips of the nails. It gives a lovely finish. There are really tiny shimmer particles which give it a slight pearly finish. The product dries fairly quickly. I was able to remove it fairly easily using a regular nail polish remover.

Pros:
  1. Good packaging.
  2. Good brush which helps smooth application.
  3. Gives true colour in two coats.
  4. Lasts 4-5 days.
  5. Good finish.
  6. Dries quickly.
  7. Easily removed.
Cons:
None really.

Overall Verdict:
This is a great product at this price point.  4.75/5!

 And here's the NOTD!!
